  • 我們在菇舍栽培室上搭設太陽能板達到降溫,再利用棚頂太陽能板斜度收集大量雨水,將蒐集到的雨水集中到農場蓄水塔(水撲滿),再透過過濾成乾淨的RO水用以綠能循環概念栽培黑木耳。

On the rooftop of our fungus farm, we installed solar panels to reduce temperature and from these tilting panels, a huge amount of rainwater can be collected and stored in our water tanks. After filtration, the clean water can be reused to grow black fungus, thus forming a green, circular economy.

  • 透過綠能、循環概念種植黑木耳,黑木耳露取自現代化栽培的自家栽培黑木耳,透過綠能(太陽)及雨水循環再利用,採現代化環境控制、天然不使用農藥,進行友善、最健康、高品質的黑木耳。

We adopt the green, circular practice to grow our black fungus. Our “black fungus drink” is 100% made with the fungus from our own farm. By taking advantage of natural resources such as solar energy and rain water, we grow the best-quality black fungus without using any form of pesticide. We take great pride of our modern farm management and dedication to environmental friendliness.

  • 黑木耳露成分為新鮮黑木耳、水、黑糖。

The black fungus drink is made with fresh black fungus, water, and brown sugar.

  • 建議食用方式:開瓶後請一次飲用完畢,冰涼後風味更佳。採用玻璃瓶裝,高溫滅菌技術消毒,無塑化劑問題疑慮。

To ensure maximum freshness, please consume as soon as possible after the cap is removed. The drink tastes even better when served cold. The drink is bottled in glass containers and sterilized at a high temperature, with zero exposure to phthalates of any kind.

  1. 乾燥黑木耳為避免蟲害,黑木耳存放時要置於陰涼乾燥處,防止受潮。

To avoid pests, please keep the dried black fungus in a cool and dry place so that it doesn’t become damp.

  1. 優質黑木耳泡水後,約能膨脹到8~9倍。

Tip: After being rehydrated, our quality dried black fungus can grow 8 to 9 times in size.

  1. 烹煮前先將乾木耳浸泡於冷水或溫水中約1小時,軟化後再進行烹調。炒菜、煮湯、涼拌都很適合,並可任意搭配食材。乾燥黑木耳泡水之後重量達數倍以上,惟須酌量使用。

Before being cooked, the dried black fungus should be soaked in cold or warm water for approx. 1 hour. After it’s fully rehydrated, it can be pan-fried, mixed with vinegar or made into soup with a variety of other ingredients. Please note that dried black fungus can weigh several times more after being rehydrated, so you need to deliberate the amount before rehydrating the fungus.

  1. 乾燥黑木耳的保存,放置於陰涼乾燥通風處即可。建議以密封方式保存於乾燥處,或再多一層保護袋雙層保護,開封後請勿放入冰箱,以免受潮。

Please keep the dried black fungus in a cool, dry and ventilated place. We recommend you to keep it in a sealed bag and place it somewhere dry. After the package is opened, please do not refrigerate the fungus or it might become damp.
